The World Wide Web Journal

Welcome To W3 Journal

The World Wide Web Journal was published originally in the winter of 1996. It has included are technical papers from around the world, interviews, and news stories.

Following a hiatus of several years, it extended its scope to embrace developments in the ITSM and IT Governance fields, as well as standardization and the never ending changes to core technologies.

We hope that you will enjoy our latest content. This can be navigated on the right.

The next scheduled additions to the site are:
The Inevitable Weblog
The ITIL Newsletter
The History of the Internet

About Us

  • W3 Journal is produced by a small group of unpaid enthusiasts, from the US, UK and Europe. Our forward plans focus upon the creation of a hub for technical newsletters across the full spectrum of topics within our scope.
However, we are always open to new ideas and certainly to contributions. We can be contacted through the link above.
